Salimjon Yusupov is a Managing Associate at KY & Partners. Salimjon has experience working in legal consultancy with an international law firm, in academia, and in private businesses.
Salimjon advises on a wide range of matters, including general corporate, banking & finance, and capital markets. Salimjon’s practice specialises in complex corporate and regulatory work, with a particular focus on M&A, public placements and loans, and renewables, both domestic and cross-border.
